Smell The Roses
My plans for this weekend are very ‘simple’ they consist on resting, relaxing, taking a break and spending some quality time with my family. Sometimes it’s good to take a break and 'stop to smell the roses’. Yesterday I started with my ‘detox’ weekend with a nice massage and a lovely dinner with my boyfriend. Today I’m just hitting the gym and taking my dogs for a walk... it’s very funny how the ‘simple’ and easy things sometimes are the hardest to achieve, for me it’s really difficult to disconnect from work for example. What about you? What are your plans for the weekend?

Mis planes para este fin de semana son bastante sencillos... consisten en descansar, relajarme y tratar de pasar tiempo de calidad con mi familia. De repente es bueno darse un respiro para sentarse y disfrutar. Ayer empecé mi rutina de relajación con un masaje en Centro Qi, una rica cena con mi novio y una película. Hoy haré ejercicio, sacaré a mis perros a pasear y me tomaré todo con calma. Las cosas más sencillas son las que en ocasiones nos cuestan más trabajo, yo de verdad me tengo que obligar para desconectarme del trabajo ¿Y ustedes? ¿Qué planes tienen para este fin de semana?
