Visual Diary: BCBGMAXAZRIA FALL 2014
I will start my ‘fashion week’ visual diary with the BCBGMAXAXRIA show: I’ve decided to give a little twist to my already 'know' FW posts: my idea it’s to make them more casual, in the end the runway looks you can find them at millions of websites, so, I’m trying to give you a more of an ‘insider perspective’ of what caught my attention, what I enjoyed the most, a highlight of my day, from my very personal point of view, to talk to you about my overall experience, hope you like it!
My very show of the season was BCBGMAXAZRIA; a brand that personally motivates me, if you take a close look at the blog you can easily notice I have a lot of pieces of this brand... For fall 2014 the bet is for femininity and accessible luxury, since the collection is based on versatile pieces that outline the DNA of the brand, which by the way, turns 25 years old! Accents of color like orange and mint are the refreshing twist I found on the runway, the perfect balance between formal and informal. Wanna know about my favorites? the maxi fur collars... actually I feel that I -desperately- need one right now, due to the really low temperatures we are facing in New York. The soundtrack was beautiful too: Ain’t No Sunshine ( Coeur de Pirate ), Murakami (Made in Heights) and Hey Clarinette (Trapmasters)
With love,
Gina
Gina
